Memphis Garden Cafe

Last May 2012, I had the chance to spend my weekend in Tayabas, Quezon for the birthday celebration of my baby's dad. We had an overnight stay in Graceland: Estates and Country Club. I was not able to use much of the amenities though the place was really a wonderland. Will be attaching a link below to get more info about the place.

Anyway, on the left hand of your screen is what I ate for breakfast when we were strolling around. We had breakfast at Memphis Garden Cafe. I ordered the usual beef tapa any Filipno would loveThe menu is a bit pricey but worth it. The cafe has the view of the whole lagoon. I think it is somewhere in the middle of the whole Estate. I must say that it is one of Quezon's finest Cafe to munch on a few of the Filipino well-known foods.

Food Photography Classes

Back in 2009, during my Senior year in college, we used to take up Advance Photography as one of our major subjects. And one of our final project is food photography. We were divided into groups and each member of our group is required to bring any kind of food for us to use. Above are the few of the shots I took (hihi. pardon the watermark. so amateur). The foods taken are as follows: Red Ribbon Cake (forgot what flavor), hom-made pancakes with diced mangoes and blueberries on top and Krispy Kreme's Mr. Snowman doughnut. The lights were provided by our school. Studio also in our camous. Camera I used is Canon 450D kit lens. Too bad I wasn't able to keep all the raw photos back when I was still studying. But will try to keep you posted on my recent food journey and I started with this. Thank you for your time.
